We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the administration and maintenance of our IT operations, providing support for network operations and troubleshooting users’ issues. This individual is expected to be proactive in addressing user needs and provide prompt responses.

Responsibilities
- Swiftly provides response and technical support to users, addressing the network, hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in LDAP, Gmail, or other operation systems.
- Assist in the daily operations of IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot basic network issues, especially user’s VPN.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of IT helpdesk/administration experience (or Similar).
- Basic understanding of network operations. Familiarity with concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and routing is a plus.
- Exposure to Linux operating systems (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS) and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash) is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledge of system administration tools and practices is a plus.
- Fluent Mandarin (Chinese) speaking is mandatory.
