About this Position

The ISP Commissions Specialist performs multiple support functions within the department.
Salary: $32,500
Hybrid role

Responsibilities & Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
• Knowledge of policies and procedures
• Familiarity of database and mainframe systems
• Knowledge of overall system software
• Understanding of Company workflow and overall system processing
• Ability to identify departmental workflow without previous knowledge
• Ability to identify problems and formulate solutions to problems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent letter composition skills, including use of proper grammar and punctuation
• Proof reading

Duties for this position include (but are not limited to): 

• Gathering reports and documentation for QA validation;
• Working Agent Change Error reports
• Manual keying of adjustments and research headers
• Manually keying commission statements
• Updating spreadsheets used for tracking and monitoring
• Processing rep changes
• Processing MAPs
• Assisting with record retention of department files and documents
• Review of daily ACH errors
• May be needed to perform miscellaneous functions as required
