- Validate discounts and promotions for Cisco products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to identify and rectify any discrepancies in pricing and promotions.
- Efficiently manage tasks and prioritize work to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with the project team to understand client requirements and ensure the delivery of precise and relevant information.
- Stay updated with the latest Cisco product offerings and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date validation.
- Document and communicate any issues or deviations from standard procedures to the relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members on validation processes and best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure the quality and consistency of validation processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company's values and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a business analysis or advisory role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to identify and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with Cisco products and promotions is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
