As an ISC Project Manager Principal here at Honeywell, you will serve as a critical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in planning data management, focusing on establishing master-data governance. This role is essential for ensuring accurate data conversion related to Bill of Materials (BOMs), Material Requirements Planning (MRP) parameters, lead times, safety stock, and sourcing for the S/4 system. The successful candidate will play a key role in preventing MRP failures and supply disruptions, while also minimizing prolonged hypercare periods caused by poor data quality and inconsistent standards.
You will report directly to our Planning Director, Bryan Butts and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC / Rosemont, IL / Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain operations by ensuring data excellence and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Center of Excellence role supporting Process Technology planning -
- Establish and maintain master-data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data standards and best practices.
- Oversee the conversion process for BOMs, MRP parameters, lead times, safety stock, and sourcing to ensure seamless integration into the S/4 and APS systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with data quality issues that could lead to MRP failures or supply chain disruptions.
- Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders on data management practices and tools.
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on data-related initiatives and standards.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on data governance and supply chain processes.
- Strong understanding of MRP systems and data management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
WE VALUE
- Experience with S/4 HANA or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with Kinaxis Maestro or similar APS systems
- Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Supply Chain Certifications such as CSCP / CPIM / CPSM / Lean Six Sigma.
COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is <$154,000 - $230,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
