As a ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for managing a team of welders and machine operators, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
You will work out of our Palmetto, FL location on a On-Site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall performance of the production team, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement, ultimately contributing to the success of our operations.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee daily production activities for welders and machine operator in our fabrication department, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and support to enhance skills and performance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.

YOU MUST HAVE- 3 years or more of experience in production supervision or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in manufacturing processes and production management tools (SAP and Kronos WFD).
- Able to work in (Heights and Confined Spaces).
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing liquified natural-gas heat exchangers.
- Previous experience in welding and machining operations
- Knowledge of welding procedures and quality inspection requirements.
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of safety and quality.
