As a ISC Operations Manager at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and success of your assigned product families for the customer across the end-to-end value stream.  You will be responsible for leading an Integrated Project Team that consists of key functional support personnel such as Focused Supplier Recovery, Procurement, Operations, Planning, ISC Engineering, Quality, and Rate Readiness with a specific focus on eliminating waste in the end-to-end product value stream as well as enabling recovery for the customer, the Customer Business Team, the Control Systems GBE, and the site. 

Responsibilities
  • Identify and deploy operational strategies to improve overall product health across the identified value stream at the site.
  • Lead and program manage a daily MOS inclusive of an IPT to identify and track improvement actions to closure.
  • Collaborate and partner cross functionally to drive product health improvements across all KPIs including but not limited too, delivery, quality, inventory, and cost
  • Foster effective communications and collaboration across key stakeholders such as production, materials management, quality, customer ops, procurement, supplier readiness, and the Site Leadership Team.
  • Lead formal Executive level Program Management Reviews on the overall product health team status.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in lean management/six sigma and project/program management

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field.
  • Influential Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Six Sigma Lean Expert Certification

US PERSON REQUIREMENT

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

The annual base salary range for this position is $122,000-$155,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
