Requirements
- ISAM Module skills: Base, Advanced Access Control(AAC), Federation
- Experience with ISAM/IAM/LDAP operations support
- SAM administration and support for Base, AAC, Federation Modules
- Configuring SSO solutions using Access Manager.
- Federated Single Sign-on using SAML Standards
- Must have Understanding of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAUTH, ADFS
- Good to have experience in migration of applications to ISAM Federation Model
- Integrate business applications with ISAM as per requirements
- Implement Multi-factor Authentication, OAuth, OIDC and other authentication mechanisms
- Independent contributor with the ability to resolve issues and close tickets
- Day-to-Day operations support activities
- Workflow knowledge in design/implementations, provisioning process, junctions, adapters, Clustering, Policies, User registries.
- Knowledge in Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), External Authentication Interface (EAI), PD Admin, Python, Federation module, Distributed session cache & Web Services.
- Troubleshooting knowledge over server-level to user-level queries.
- Knowledge on SSL certificate renewal.
- Experience in Architecture & Design aspects of IAM is preferred.
- Migration and Implementation experience in ISAM would be an add-on
- Must be able to lead and participate in outage calls
- Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
- Participate in daily/ weekly/ monthly/ customer / internal meetings and provide an activity report
- Able to create policy and procedure manual
- Understand the SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the TCS agreement with the customer
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable:
- Programming Experience in Java & Javascript is a plus
- Automation experience with Jenkins/Ansible/Github/Chef/puppet
- Good to have experience with migrations to Microsoft Azure
- Good to know about Automation using Ansible
- Good to know CICD/DevOps methodologies

Responsibility:
- To build up a functional ISAM platform for our client with coordination and teamwork.
- To support in deploying the servers and end-to-end support in troubleshooting the issues related to any components in ISAM.
- Need to work with ISAM server configurations, Policies, user registries, clustering, EAI, etc..
