About Hollywood Park
Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space.
Home to the Los Angeles Chargers and Super Bowl LVI Champion Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium is the host of world-renowned sporting events, including Super Bowl LVI in 2022, College Football Playoff National Championship game 2023, WrestleMania 2023, World Cup 2026, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympics in 2028. Adjacent to the stadium and under the same roof canopy is a 2.5-acre open-air plaza, American Airlines Plaza, and the 6,000-seat YouTube Theater. YouTube Theater is an intimate venue, making it the perfect place for concerts, comedy, awards shows, esports competitions, community gatherings, conferences and more.

As an Irrigation Technician, You Will..
The Irrigation Technicial will be responsible for creating beautiful environments by providing landscape maintenance support to a variety of industrial, commercial, and/or public properties.
More Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To…
- Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers.
- Proactively assist in identifying and resolving issues.
- Prioritize maintaining the landscape design and aesthetic, ensuring healthy, flourishing biomes.
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships throughout the organization.
- Keeping property clean and manicured at all times.
- Setting up and monitoring the irrigation system and schedules.
- Repairing irrigation heads and irrigation leaks.
- Supervising and managing the landscape team.
- Planning and executing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly plans/goals.
- Mowing turf, trimming and edging along borders, and blowing.
- Palm Tree Maintenance
- Pruning shrubs and low trees to improve the growth habit or remove damaged branches.
- Planting and maintaining flower beds.
- Picking up trash and debris.
We’d Love to Hear From People With….
- High School diploma or equivalent; preferred degree or certification in a landscape-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance and irrigation.
- Active driver's license and record in good standing.
- Able to perform duties requiring prolonged walking, standing, and stooping, as well as working in the elements of the weather.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- Ability to work in a kneeling position for extended periods of time.

Salary Range: $25.00 - $27.00/ hour

Hollywood Park considers a candidate’s education, certification, prior experience, as well as internal and external data when determining the salary level for potential new employees. Only in exceptional circumstances, if an external candidate has the experience, credentials, or expertise far exceeding what is expected for the position, would Hollywood Park consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
What We Do
Hollywood Park is transforming the site of the former Hollywood Park Racetrack to a year-round sports and entertainment destination for the enjoyment of people throughout Southern California as well as visitors to the region. This will be the new “must-see” entertainment destination and gathering spot in the center of the Los Angeles basin. This monumental project covers 298 acres located two miles off the I-405, one and a half miles off the I-105, and four miles from Los Angeles International Airport. The centerpiece of the district is SoFi Stadium, a 70,000-seat stadium that will be the home of NFL games for both the Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Rams. The stadium will feature sporting events including the Super Bowl and the Opening and Closing ceremonies of the 2028 Olympics being held in Los Angeles, as well as major concerts and other entertainment year-round. Hollywood Park also includes YouTube Theater, a new intimate, state-of-the-art theater that will hosts a variety of live events from concerts, comedy, awards shows, esports competitions, community gatherings, conferences and more.
