Job requirements
- We are seeking an experienced Ironclad SME with a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM to support the implementation, customization, and integration of our contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform.
- You will be responsible for driving adoption, advising on best practices, and ensuring seamless integration between Ironclad and Salesforce, helping teams improve contract workflows, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the go-to expert on Ironclad, responsible for solution design, implementation, and ongoing support. Design and configure Ironclad workflows, templates, and clause libraries tailored to business needs.
- Lead integration efforts between Ironclad and Salesforce to streamline contract workflows (e.g., contract generation, approvals, e-signature, and storage).
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales Ops, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CLM solutions. Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users and stakeholders. Act as a liaison with Ironclad technical support and customer success teams for issue resolution and platform optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and implementing process optimizations. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security throughout the contract lifecycle.
