WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As an IRB Office Analyst, you will help to coordinate the different activities related to regulatory internal models across SCF units.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Support and guidance on the assessment, definition and deployment of IRB roll out plans, assuring the fulfilment of the rules and regulatory requirements and related internal policies and guidelines, ensuring a proper internal coordination among different areas and different Units in Europe.
- Follow up and decision-making during IRB roll out projects and internal model deployments
- Supervisory communications preparation and/or support (schedules, plans, stocktake, material model changes, pre-notifications, post-notifications, SAQs, etc.)
- Transformation and evolution projects: participate in local and global projects related to the digital transformation strategy in SCF (Data as a Service, migrations to new platforms, industrialization/automation, etc.)
- Direct report to the Head of IRB Office in SCF. Regular exchanges with key stakeholders, supporting IRB Steering Committees in SCF (Management Board) and CROs in the Units.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year of experience in modelling, IRB and/or regulatory project coordination.
EDUCATION
- Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics.
- Master in Quantitative Finance / Banking or similar.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge on IRB modelling and regulation (CRR, EBA guidelines, etc.)
- Knowledge on project management
- Knowledge on Credit Risk parameters, products, etc.
- Fluent English (C1), spoken and written.
