We are looking for an IPTV Engineer for maintenance, upgrade and system expansion of Video Streaming Platform.
You should be able to execute high efficient, customer oriented, high quality operation of customer support business. Delivery work should be completed in time and with good quality. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.
Main Responsibilities:
• OS/Software installation and new feature commissioning
• Platform software version upgrade & system expansion
• Communicate with R&D developers and test engineer to assure the acceptance of new features
• Handle service requests, Troubleshoot issues and outages until closure
• Monitor and inspect the system regularly
• Participate on-call schedules in rotation to quickly respond incidents and outages
Requirements:
• Experience on Video Streaming Platforms is preferred (CDN, streaming, DASH/HLS…).
• Minimum 2 year experience as Integration/Delivery/Operation engineer, Developer or similar role.
• Solid Technical Background on OS Unix/Linux, Cloud/Virtualization, Database, SQL, Shell/Python script.
• Turkish and English speaking is a must.
• Computer or Electronics engineering degree.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work under pressure and handle deadlines.
• Fast learner and strong dedication
