About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional (Assoc level) to lead the re-platforming of our core accounting platform in the IPB. This role requires deep project management expertise, hands-on experience with JIRA story writing, requirements gathering, and end-to-end testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex technology projects and will coordinate delivery across teams in Asia and Geneva.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the accounting re-platforming initiative.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between technology, product, and business teams across Asia and Geneva.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- JIRA Story Writing & Requirements Gathering:
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable JIRA stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding and documentation.
- Maintain a well-groomed product backlog and prioritize stories in alignment with business objectives.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure robust test coverage and defect management.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders in Asia and Geneva.
- Provide regular status updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale platform re-platforming or transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in JIRA story writing, requirements gathering, and backlog management.
- Hands-on experience with testing methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of deposit products and accounting processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
