IP Engineer will support and troubleshoot the mixed networking environement including IGP, MPLS, MP-BGP working within in an ISP and between ISPs. Should have the ability of design and implementation of peering IP networks using BGP. Good knowledge and strong background in IP technologies, Data Communication, MPLS and VPN services will be required.
Has deep understanding of IGP and BGP with at least 4 years of experience,
Has good understanding of MPLS Control and Data Planes with at least 4 years of experience,
Be able to plan, configure, update BGP VPN services,
Has troubleshooting experiences on a mix of networking technologies including MPLS, VRF and BGP working within in an ISP,
Has good understanding of Network management systems,
Be able to complete and maintain network topology documents, design and diagrams,
Be able to develop scripts for autom ation is a plus,
IP microwave knowledge is a plus.
