Role Overview:
As an IP Commercial Management at Nokia, you will contribute to our IP networks Products group by answering statement of compliances, generating technical solutions descriptions, creating product configurations and ensuring seamless order execution during the post-sales phase. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams across Sales, Business Development, and more. You’ll gain invaluable insights into both pre-sales and post-sales processes, blending technical and commercial responsibilities while contributing to the successful delivery of cutting-edge network solutions that reinforce Nokia's leadership in network technology. About Team:
Our team is part of the Network Infrastructure (NI) business group, specifically focused on supporting Nokia's industry-leading Service Router products. Our team has a broad set of activities and you will have the opportunity to learn about topics beyond your on duties.
We are currently working on projects that involve both pre-sales and post-sales activities, aiming to deliver high-quality network solutions and maintain operational efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction. Our management and leadership style are inclusive and empowering, promoting autonomy while providing guidance and support to ensure team members can excel in their roles.
ResponsibilitiesAs part of the team, you will:
- Answer statement of compliances.
- Generate technical solutions descriptions.
- Create product configurations.
- Transform commercial configurations sold to customers into logistical items for ordering through Nokia ERP.
- Facilitate smooth order execution by providing detailed lists of hardware and software.
- Support operational efficiency to avoid delays in delivering the right equipment to customers.
