The IoT Data Monitoring & Diagnostic Specialist's primary responsibility is to monitor our connected equipment in our customers kitchens, identify patterns, anomalies, and proactively support our technical services teams to resolve the issues. This role requires a deep understanding of IoT technologies, data analytics, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance equipment performance and customer satisfaction. This role also involves supporting the IoT connectivity installation process at customer sites and providing ongoing assistance to our service technicians and store managers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement processes for remote monitoring and diagnostics of commercial food service equipment.
- Ensure integration of IoT devices with existing equipment and ensure seamless data flow between devices and cloud platforms.
- Support the equipment installation process involving device connectivity, working closely with technicians and store managers.
- Monitor and analyze data from customers’ equipment to detect anomalies and flag performance issues.
- Analyze data collected from IoT devices to identify trends, predict equipment failures, and recommend preventive maintenance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IoT systems and devices.
- Provide proactive recommendations and reports for improvements to our internal service teams and external customers.
- Onboard and support customers with connected product lines, ensuring seamless connectivity uptime and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional service and sales teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with product development, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure IoT solutions meet customer needs and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IoT technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions.
- Provide technical support and training as needed.
- Consistently models the Company values and expected behaviors.

What We're Looking For
- Associates of Science (A.S) Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field Required
- Bachelor of Science (B.S) Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field Preferred
- 3+ years IoT solutions development supporting electronic appliances, preferably in the commercial food service equipment industry. Required
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics and certifications in IoT or related fields is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent coordination skills with strong attention to detail, capable of effectively managing projects and support tasks, and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Superior communication skills, able to interact at all levels both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and collaboration to achieve desired outcomes.
