Who we're looking for
Remedy is looking for a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. You'll work alongside our product managers and partners to create awesome products. What you will do
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, and ship new features through continuous iteration
- Manage feature requests and project timelines realistically within an Agile development framework
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Participate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architecture.
- Write and maintain supporting documentation for the software and systems developed
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements to product deliverables
What should my qualifications be?
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on mobile software engineering
- Excellent communication skills with a minimum B2 level in English
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with rapid iteration cycles
- Proficient in native iOS app development using Swift and SwiftUI, with a deep understanding of the entire mobile development life cycle
- Experience with Bluetooth connectivity and integration, specifically in mobile applications involving audio peripherals such as earbuds
- Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and efficient mobile systems
- Knowledge of mobile UI/UX standards and deep understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
- Programming Languages: Swift (required), and Objective-C, Kotlin (desirable)
- Frameworks: SwiftUI, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
- APIs: Experience with integrating APIs for voice interaction technologies and AI models.
- Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS stack, including Lambda and SQS
- Additional Technologies: Experience with iOS Bluetooth APIs, memory management, and background processing for real-time audio applications.
- Modern Architectural Design Patterns: Proficient in using modern architectural design patterns such as MVVM, MVP for robust and scalable mobile application development.
- CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools like Github Actions and Fastlane.
- Experience with Android app development.
- Background in working with IoT devices and smart sensing technologies.
- Previous work on audio peripherals and voice interaction technologies, especially in low volume or challenging acoustic environments.
