Our Team(NAVER WORKS Mobile)
NAVER WORKS Mobile Team builds and improves the mobile experience of NAVER WORKS, an all-in-one collaboration platform that brings together essential work tools such as Message, Mail, Calendar, Contacts, and Drive in one app.
Our team is focused on delivering reliable and intuitive mobile user experiences while continuously enhancing app architecture, performance, stability, and maintainability. We work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Server, and Platform Engineering to create better collaboration experiences for global users.

We are looking for a Middle to Senior iOS Engineer.
Your daily task:
- Develop and maintain core features across multiple NAVER WORKS services (Message, Mail, Drive, Notes, Survey, etc.)
- Ensure service stability and support ongoing operations
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end service development
- Continuously improve app performance, usability, and reliability from a user-centric perspective
Your qualifications:
- 4+ years of iOS development experience
- Background in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented and Functional Programming, and Design Patterns
- Solid understanding of iOS frameworks
- Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C
- Experience with Core Data
- Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Distributed Systems
- Experience with Git (branching, merging, etc.)
- Strong commitment to writing maintainable, clean, and high-quality code
It's a big plus if you
- Experience actively leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance development productivity
- Fast learner with strong execution skills and ability to adapt quickly
