About the role
- Investigate and diagnose Incidents and Problems and identify and implement resolution (including workarounds).
- Participate in the Incident management process to handle major Incidents and assist to identify root causes.
- Construct modifications and enhancements for L3 Incidents, Service requests and problem management.
- Create unit test plans to detail test conditions and expected results; set up test data and test code changes; resolve differences between expected and actual results.
- Carry out Preventive and Adaptive Maintenance
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Proficiency in Apple iOS Application Development.
Proficiency in Mobile Architecture.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
Advanced English

Advanced proficiency in Applications Architecture.
Intermediate proficiency in User Experience Design.
Expert proficiency in Swift programming language.
