We are seeking a motivated and talented iOS App developer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Job Description:
- You will have the opportunity to learn about the development and operational models of online insurance products, and actively participate in the creation of conceptual products, gaining valuable insights into software engineering and cross-functional collaboration.
- You will collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to develop an iOS application for Apple devices, which will serve as an important reference for OneDegree’s future product strategies.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Manage code versioning using Git and participate in code reviews
- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
- Participate in the deployment process and submission to the App Store
- Provide input on UI/UX design improvements and future product direction
- Participate in the development of a Proof of Concept (POC) for a new insurance service, including implementing select features using Flutter for cross-platform evaluation
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI
- Solid understanding of the iOS app lifecycle and the App Store submission process
- At least one app published on the App Store
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Understanding of iOS-specific UI/UX design principles
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Willingness to contribute in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
- Experience with Flutter development is a plus
- Familiarity with Firebase services
- Ability to write technical and API documentation
