We are seeking an experienced IOP Implementation Consultant to join a global digital transformation program in the Fashion Retail industry.
You will play a key role in driving the rollout, adoption, and operational success of a collaborative enterprise platform (IOP) used across Product, Purchasing, Quality, Design, and Supply Chain teams.
This is a hands-on functional implementation and user adoption role based in Istanbul, working closely with local business teams, suppliers, and international HQ teams in Spain.
You will act as the bridge between business users and global product teams, ensuring that digital tools are properly understood, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day operations across multiple countries.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Driving functional rollout and adoption of the IOP platform across local business teams and supplier ecosystems in Türkiye;
- Supporting end users during onboarding, training, and day-to-day usage of the platform;
- Acting as the primary communication bridge between local users and HQ teams in Spain;
- Translating business needs, incidents, and feedback into clear, structured inputs for product ;and technology teams;
- Preparing concise status updates, issue summaries, and adoption reports for global stakeholders;
- Delivering on-site functional support across Product, Purchasing, Quality, Design, and Supply Chain teams;
- Diagnosing user issues (functional vs. process vs. configuration-related) and coordinating resolution with relevant teams;
- Delivering training sessions, workshops, and onboarding materials tailored to different user groups;
- Supporting change management and ensuring consistent adoption of new digital workflows;
- Identifying process gaps, operational blockers, and improvement opportunities in local markets;
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the platform, processes, and user experience;
- Supporting go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization;
- Traveling within Türkiye and occasionally to HQ in Spain when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in functional implementation, digital transformation, or enterprise software rollout;
- Strong ability to work directly with business users in operational environments;
- Experience supporting adoption of digital tools in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations;
- Ability to understand end-to-end business processes (Product, Purchasing, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.);
- Experience working with cross-functional or international teams;
- Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders;
- Ability to translate operational needs into structured requirements and feedback;
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and follow-up discipline;
- Experience in user training, onboarding, or change management activities;
- English proficiency at a high professional level (required);
- Turkish fluency (required).
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in Fashion Retail, PLM, Product Development, Purchasing, or Supply Chain environments;
- Background in functional consulting or business process implementation;
- Experience working in international rollout or global transformation programs;
- Familiarity with digital platforms, enterprise applications, or SaaS tools;
- Spanish language skills (plus);
- Experience working with HQ–local market operating models;
- Knowledge of supplier ecosystems or sourcing environments (Türkiye or similar markets).
