We are looking for an Investor Relations / Strategic Partnerships Manager to help us build relationships with investors, strategic partners, venture capital firms, accelerators, and business networks globally.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing investor communications, identifying funding opportunities, preparing investment materials, supporting fundraising activities, and building strategic partnerships that can accelerate Buinsoft’s growth.
This role combines finance, business development, networking, and startup ecosystem engagement.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with:
- Angel investors
- Venture capital firms
- Strategic investors
- Accelerators & incubators
- Corporate innovation programs
- Prepare and improve:
- Pitch decks
- Investor presentations
- Executive summaries
- Financial and growth reports
- Market opportunity analyses
- Coordinate fundraising processes and investor meetings
- Build and maintain investor pipeline and CRM tracking
- Research technology market trends, competitors, and funding opportunities
- Support strategic partnerships for:
- AI solutions
- SaaS platforms
- Enterprise software projects
- International expansion
- Assist with grant and innovation funding opportunities in Europe and international markets
- Represent Buinsoft in:
- Startup events
- Tech conferences
- Investor networking events
- Online meetings and partnership discussions
- Work closely with the founder and leadership team on growth strategy
