Our Zurich Office is looking for an Intern for its Investor Relations team to start in August 2025 for a duration of 6 months. The Swiss Office employs more than 40 people across investment, investor relations and further teams. The modern office is situated at Bahnhofstrasse, next to Paradeplatz.
Ardian’s Investor Relations team in Zurich is responsible for developing and maintaining strong and trusting relationships with Swiss investors. We build on a long-standing and diversified Swiss client base including large pension funds, insurance companies, private banks, family offices and other institutions. Our Investor Relations Managers serve as the first point of contact for investors and are supported by global Product Management and Client Servicing teams.
The role
The Intern will directly work with Ardian’s relationship managers for Swiss investors. Typical tasks include:
- Supporting Ardian’s Investor Relations professionals in developing and maintaining client relationships and fundraising activities in Switzerland
- Coordination of fundraising materials within the Ardian group (e.g., product/investment teams)
- Market intelligence and research on Swiss investor landscape
- Organizing and preparing events and other PR activities
- Tailoring materials to produce convincing, top-quality client presentations
- Administrative tasks such as client documentation and management reporting
- Own value-add projects and initiatives
Required skills
The ideal candidate should bring:
- Client-oriented approach and high quality standards
- Keen interest in investments, with a basic knowledge of private markets
- Ability to create convincing content; data visualization skills would be a plus
- Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
- Reliable team player with strong interpersonal competencies
- Good knowledge of MS-Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Excellent skills in German and English (verbal and written); French skills are a strong plus
Profile
- Final-year university student or recent graduate (MA/BA) in Business, Finance or a related field
- Relevant work or internship experience in the financial services industry, consulting, marketing or a related field
- Domiciled and eligible to work in Switzerland
