Job Description:
Job Summary:
The Investor Relations Analyst supports AerSale's investor relations function within the FP&A department, working closely with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and executive leadership to develop clear, accurate, and consistent communications for the investment community. This role assists with quarterly earnings preparation, financial analysis and modeling, market and peer benchmarking, and day-to-day coordination of investor and analyst engagement, all in compliance with SEC disclosure requirements and Regulation FD.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinates and maintains communication between AerSale and its financial stakeholders; acts as the point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communications that enhance the company's reputation and promote investor confidence.
• Assist in preparing quarterly earnings materials — earnings releases, investor presentations, scripts, and Q&A briefing documents — in coordination with FP&A, Accounting, and Legal.
• Monitor aviation aftermarket industry trends — aircraft and engine values, USM demand, MRO capacity, and peer company performance — and summarize implications for FP&A and executive leadership.
• Maintains investor portals and platforms to distribute notices, reports, and other shareholder documents; helps maintain IR website content, investor presentations, fact sheets, and materials for conferences and non-deal roadshows.
• Assists with the preparation of shareholder documents and materials for quarterly reporting, investor meetings, and conferences.
• Coordinate logistics for earnings calls, investor conferences, and analyst and shareholder meetings.
• Respond to routine investor and analyst inquiries, escalating substantive or non-public matters to FP&A leadership and Legal in accordance with Regulation FD and AerSale's disclosure policies.
• Support drafting of shareholder communications, annual report content, and proxy statement disclosures in coordination with Legal.
• Assist with shareholder base analysis, institutional investor targeting, and ownership tracking.
• Ensures investor communications and reporting comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and maintains strict confidentiality of material non-public information (MNPI) in accordance with AerSale's insider trading and disclosure control policies.
• Support ad hoc financial, competitive, and market analysis requests from FP&A and senior leadership.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• 2–4 years of related experience in investor relations, FP&A, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance; aviation, aerospace, or industrial sector experience is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and Excel skills; working knowledge of valuation methodologies.
• Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements, Regulation FD, and public company disclosure obligations.
• Experience with financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ) and IR communications tools is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, investor-ready narratives.
• High degree of discretion and professional judgment given regular exposure to confidential and material non-public information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under tight, deadline-driven conditions, particularly during earnings season.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and executive leadership.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with sound judgment about when to escalate sensitive investor or analyst inquiries.
