Our client is seeking an experienced Investment/Risk Operations Specialist to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless investment and risk processing, onboarding clients, servicing accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage investment and risk processing operations.
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure all account setup requirements are met.
  • Provide ongoing account servicing and respond to client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.


Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, with regular in-office presence in Bedminster, NJ.
  • 1-4 years of financial services experience (preferably as an investment sales producer)
  • Experience in utilizing a planning process or methodology
  • Experience with both brokerage and advisory platforms
  • Committed to professional development (e.g. CLU, ChFC, CFP)


Compensation

  • Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000
  • Additional bonus opportunities are available based on performance.
