•    Troubleshoot complex data and integration issues by coordinating across analysts, engineers, portfolio teams, vendors, and other stakeholders
•    Contribute to the creation of process documentation, technical specifications, and operating models for new and existing solutions
•    Support strategic initiatives and new product launches by providing data, technology, and analytical expertise
•    Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and modernize investment data and technology processes
What we need from you:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, or a related field
•    Minimum of 4+ years of experience in financial services, investment management, or a technology enabled data role
•    Strong experience working on technology or data driven projects, including system integrations or platform enhancements
•    Experience supporting or coordinating testing efforts for technology or data solutions, including system integrations, enhancements, or new platform releases
•    Experience with project coordination or project management methodologies
•    Demonstrated ability to perform business analysis and translate requirements into technical designs or solution approaches
•    Working knowledge of relational databases and data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar technologies)
•    Familiarity with investment data, products, and workflows (traditional and/or alternative assets preferred)
•    Exposure to investment systems and vendors such as Bloomberg, FactSet, BlackRock Solutions, or similar platforms is a plus
•    CFA, CIPM, or progress toward designation is a plus (reimbursement provided)
What we would like from you:
•    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve ambiguous problems
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
•    Comfortable working between business teams and technology teams as a translator and solution partner
•    Process oriented mindset with the ability to design and improve workflows where none exist
•    Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams concurrently and meet deadlines
•    High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, quality, and controls
•    Self motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to learn new technologies and investment concepts
