The Role
Marcus & Millichap is the largest firm in the United States that handles the sale of investment real estate. The Brandon Michaels Group, a top-performing commercial investment sales team that has successfully mentored several agents who have gone on to be top-producing agents in their areas of specialty, is looking to hire investment sales associates in a paid capacity under their Sales Intern Program.
This is a paid sales position with additional commission available. We offer significant earning potential to candidates who are entrepreneurial, motivated, ambitious, ready to learn, and have a strong desire to earn significant income. Through our unparalleled training and mentorship program, you will learn real estate brokerage while working with amazing people in a dynamic culture. Sales experience is appreciated but not necessary. Coachability is required.
The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in this role is $19.23 per hour. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
- Training – Our Sales Intern Program prepares newer team members for their careers in commercial real estate. Our training is thorough and covers all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage, with access to top-tier senior-level agents, weekly workshops, role-playing, and individual coaching and mentoring. For experienced professionals, our program will enhance your existing skills. Weekly workshops and role-plays are centered around enhancing your skillset and positioning you for success.
- Mentorship/Coaching – The team leaders have successfully mentored and coached dozens of investment associates throughout their careers to become the top in their field. The team leaders have significant experience in mentoring junior agents and providing them with the skills necessary to achieve success.
- Earning Potential – If you are willing to put in the time and effort, most agents earn strong six-figure incomes.

Responsibilities:
- Researching
- Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources
- Attending networking and industry events
- Presenting marketing proposals to potential clients
- Marketing exclusive listings to qualified buyers
- Transaction management
- Contract work
- Assisting in daily team operations and brokerage activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills

- Track record of success: sports, personal achievements, or leadership roles
