Position Overview:

Aksia is seeking an Analyst to join our Investment Research, Private Equity Co-Investments team. Our Investment Research team is responsible for identifying potential alternative investment opportunities, performing due diligence, proposing recommendations for client investments, and monitoring client portfolio holdings. This position will be dedicated to monitoring the performance of portfolio co-investments.

This position will be based in Athens and will include regular interaction with global colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of existing portfolio co-investments
• Conducting thorough qualitative research and financial analysis on portfolio companies
• Utilizing financial models and conducting valuation analyses to assess portfolio performance and potential risks
• Coordinating third-party diligence and conducting supplementary research as needed
• Collaborating with the primary fund research team to assess the performance of lead equity sponsors
• Compiling comprehensive reports and presenting key findings to the Investment Committee
• Managing and updating internal databases to track investments and performance metrics
• Authoring research reports focused on private markets trends and insights
• Contributing to business development efforts as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or another related field
• 2+ years of experience focused investment banking, consulting, auditing and/or private markets
• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with limited oversight
