Job Description
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Investment Operations Analyst to join our Alternative Investment Fund Manager (“AIFM”) team in Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career finance professional to widen their exposure to private markets and play a key role in supporting a broad range of investment products and operational initiatives across private equity, credit, infrastructure and real estate.
As an Investment Operations Analyst, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across our global offices while gaining hands-on experience in managing the operational lifecycle of sophisticated private market investment programs.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and review of pre-investment restriction checklists
- Summarising investment proposal documentation for internal analysis and reporting
- Assisting with regulatory and compliance reporting across a broad suite of private market investment products
- Preparing quarterly fee invoices for multiple investment programs.
- Supporting the preparation of board reports for private market fund structures.
- Coordinating with the corporate finance team on monthly close, annual budgeting, and fee calculations.
- Engaging with key internal stakeholders across the business.
- Participating in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in financial services, investment operations, or accounting—ideally with exposure to private markets investments or fund administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to understand investment structures and fee mechanics.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential; knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or Power Pivot is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative attitude and an interest in the global investment landscape.
