They are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Investment Operations Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment operations, administrative support, and insurance operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Operations (70%)
- Oversee and manage daily investment operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process and reconcile investment transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of all investment activities.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance.
Administrative Support (15%)
- Schedule and confirm appointments with existing clients.
- Assist with client communications and inquiries.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Insurance Operations (15%)
- Assist with insurance applications and underwriting processes.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers and clients to facilitate smooth processing.
Qualifications
- Series 7, Series 6, and Series 63 licenses.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment operations.
- Life and Health License preferred or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of investment products and services.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
- $75,000-90,000 per year + bonus opportunities
