The Role

Our client is a leading wealth management firm based in Hawaii, dedicated to providing top-notch financial services to clients. The firm prides itself on a client-centric approach, ensuring personalized and comprehensive financial solutions.

They are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Investment Operations Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment operations, administrative support, and insurance operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Operations (70%)

  • Oversee and manage daily investment operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process and reconcile investment transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of all investment activities.
  • Monitor and report on portfolio performance.

Administrative Support (15%)

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with existing clients.
  • Assist with client communications and inquiries.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.

Insurance Operations (15%)

  • Assist with insurance applications and underwriting processes.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers and clients to facilitate smooth processing.

Qualifications

  • Series 7, Series 6, and Series 63 licenses.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment operations.
  • Life and Health License preferred or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and services.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using financial software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

  • $75,000-90,000 per year + bonus opportunities
