As an Investment Operations Analyst within our operations team, you will be at the center of our operations, ensuring the seamless execution, settlement, and administration of a broad spectrum of financial products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence, address process improvements, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy and client service. In this role, you will develop your analytical skills, contribute to a culture of innovation and teamwork, and make a meaningful difference for our clients and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support across product channels including trade support, cash processing, asset transfers, corporate actions, reconciliation, alternatives, and derivatives
- Monitor and address changes and gaps in operational processes to ensure seamless workflow
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help reduce risk across all operations touch-points
- Ensure accurate and timely escalation and resolution of inquiries
- Address ad hoc queries from front office, technology, finance, custodians, and other stakeholders
- Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to prioritize, schedule, and define requirements for future enhancements and products
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Up to years of experience in operations, finance, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree with full working proficiency in English
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems
- Highly disciplined, self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the line of business
- Ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Exposure to data analytics, automation, and programming tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Python
- Financial industry experience, preferably in operations or related areas
