Investment Internship - Helsinki Office 2027

We are offering full-time internship positions in our Helsinki office during 2027 with flexible internship periods of approximately 4-5 months in spring or autumn. We are also open to applications on a part-time basis.

By joining Infranode you will be part of the investment management team investing in, developing and managing long-term infrastructure assets in the Nordics.

You will be given meaningful tasks and projects that help you to develop your professional skills and business understanding in a dynamic, fast-moving business environment, where the work you do and the contribution you make are valued highly. You will become an integral part of our dedicated project teams building tomorrow’s sustainable infrastructure in the region. In your work, you will get the opportunity to learn more about several subsectors within the energy, transportation, digital infrastructure and social infrastructure sectors.

You will contribute to the identification and evaluation of sustainable investment opportunities within the infrastructure sector in the Nordics. You will also support in developing and managing our existing investments. Typical tasks involve financial, operational and market analysis, financial modelling, supporting our asset management team with an active ownership and value creation in our existing portfolio companies and creating presentation materials.

We believe the ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

· A master or final-year bachelor student with an excellent academic track record

· A general interest in sustainable investing and previous internship experience in relevant fields such as investment banking, management consulting, or private equity

· Fluency in English and Finnish, another Nordic language is regarded as a plus

· Strong presentation and communication skills

· Drive and passion for investing and value creation

· Excellent analytical skills

· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

· Entrepreneurial and with a curious mindset

· Team player and a humble, balanced and hands-on personality
