We are seeking a Vice President to join our Media and Communications team, covering companies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects and generate ideas for our clients in the sector, contributing to the success of our global financial services and capabilities.
Job Summary:
As a Vice President in the Media and Communications team, you will be responsible for leading equity, debt, and mergers and acquisitions mandates in the M&C sector. You will cover companies across EMEA, generate ideas for J.P. Morgan clients, and manage teams across geographies and products to deliver seamless solutions. Your role will involve leveraging your strong corporate finance background and understanding of the M&C sector to provide strategic advice and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coverage of companies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Project leader for equity, debt, and mergers and acquisitions mandates in the M&C sector.
• Focus on clients in the telecoms and digital infrastructure space
• Idea generation for J.P. Morgan clients in the sector in Europe.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Ability to manage teams across geographies and products to deliver a seamless solution to our M&C clients.
• Strong corporate finance background, understanding of key valuation methods, drivers, and dynamics for companies in the M&C space in Europe.
• Strong understanding of the M&C sector and sub-sectors.
• Strong communication and project management skills; ability to manage both upwards and downwards and address both internal and external clients.
• Technology and/or Internet experience required.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Foreign language skills.
• Accounting, business, and/or legal qualifications.
