We are currently searching for an Investment Analytics Senior Associate to join our Client Solutions - Risk & Performance team. This role will be responsible for all parts of the risk lifecycle - from assisting with pre-sales to onboarding to servicing to high-end relationship management. The role will have multiple responsibilities and work with various teams, including servicing, relationship management, SRE, data, QA, and development teams.
Responsibilities:
Servicing our suite of software applications, including troubleshooting, researching and resolving issues within the specified SLAs.
Communicating and working with internal and external parties to resolve exceptions.
Working with and manipulating large data sets.
Observing and analyzing investment portfolios to ensure data integrity.
Assisting internal and external clients with performance data and reports.
Managing client relationships by reviewing and resolving client requests, responding to clients inquiries on how to interpret portfolio reports provided and working with clients and Account Managers to create custom solutions.
Case Management and Knowledge Management.
Assistance in client specific projects as well as ad hoc projects to improve internal processes and procedures.
Requirements:
BA/BS in Economics, Finance, or other quantitative or technical fields.
4+ years of professional experience desired (depending upon degree level).
Superior communication and computer skills together with a well-developed ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude.
Excellent problem solving skills as well as ability to work with large amounts of data.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and to effectively prioritize multiple projects.
Proficiency in Excel
Preferred Skills:
Technical software understanding a plus.
Understanding of Excel Macros, Python, Power BI, and general coding a plus
Salary Range
$88,800.00 - $115,200.00This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
