The Investment Analyst team is responsible for quantifying the financial performance of our real estate investments and managing the financial business plan. The team supports the Asset Management team in day-to-day communication and reporting for our investors. What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to underwrite new acquisitions, support development projects, and guide asset management strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of property-level financial statements, market data, and economic trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare and present clear and concise reports on investment performance, market conditions, and strategic recommendations to senior management and external partners
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions, development, accounting, and property management teams to conduct due diligence and assist in the execution of investment strategies.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field/experience.
  • Experience in financial analysis, investment research.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings and recommendations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology, deal structures, waterfall models, and formation documents.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Confident when interacting with all team members & outside parties.
  • Able to work collaboratively as a team and independently.
  • A proactive and resourceful individual eager to deepen their expertise in real estate asset and investment management and contribute to a growing portfolio.
  • Experience with real estate private equity or asset management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Argus and/or Yardi is highly preferred.
  • CFA charter holder or candidate is a plus.
