Job Description
This role is accountable for supporting both Trust's customers as well as internal stakeholders in the day-to-day operations of Trust’s investment products offering across both managed and self-directed investments to meet their operational, risk, compliance and governance requirements.
The Role Responsibility:
- Execute and manage operational fund flows for settlements and funds withdrawals.
- Perform books and records management, including reconciliation and investigate discrepancies that may arise.
- Provide Level-2 support of investment products including but not limited to investment account management, product and trade inquiries, and complaints handling in collaboration with customer facing teams.
- Collaborate closely with other functions to ensure high standards of conduct, governance, and operational excellence.
- Support relevant stakeholders in adherence to all regulatory requirements such as assisting production necessary regulatory and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with key vendors to maintain effective operational relationships.
- Ensure process documentations are up-to-date and continuously improve our systems and processes.
- Support the development and production of new product training materials and conduct relevant training for the wider team.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification in Finance, Financial Engineering or Computational Finance
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in an operations role or in retail securities brokerage within Singapore
- Demonstrated a strong track record of applying sound judgement with critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced, changing environment whilst retaining long-term focus
- Strong prioritization capability and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills, detail-focused with the ability to interpret large volume of information
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
