Inventory. Forecasting. & Planning (IF&P) Lead

Job Description
As a member of the T-45 CLS team, the Inventory. Forecasting, & Planning (IF&P) Lead will be a part of a small contingent of BAE Systems personnel embedded within V2X headquarters in Madison, MS supporting T-45 operations across the United States.
Through effective communication and customer intimacy, the IF&P Lead will directly support the improvement of Aircraft Readiness utilzing information provided from the IF&P Modeller in the UK and use it to provide supply chain and demand forecasting recommendations to the Prime Contractor. The IF&P Lead will be the key point of contact for BAE Systems IF&P activities within the US for T-45 operations, supporting multiple bases and approximately 200 aircraft.
Alongside supporting customer operations, a key part of the role will be to support BAE Systems' growth and strategy objectives within the US sustainment market.

• Provide overall supply chain and demand forecasting recomendations to the Prime Contractor
• Evaluate and demonstrate the benefits associated with transforming the supply chain from transactional to proactive strategic planning
• Highlight opportunities for improvements for T-45 operations based on data evaluation and customer intimacy
• Evaluate supply chain Data forecasts to provide best recommendations for supply chain performance both for customer and BAE Systems
• Be a key subject matter expert in the integration of supply chain activities between UK & Madison
• Manage the delivery and communication of the IF&P outputs to the customer, ensuring alignment to current and future business strategies
• Create and manage T-45 Specific IF&P Processes in the USA to include full E2E process and data mapping of customer solution
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to US nationals Both BAE Systems and Vertex Aerospace within supply chain
• Lead priority management and communications between USN/V2X and BAE Systems UK
• Problem resolution and AOG support
• Support V2X procurement and commercial functions to enable efficient transactions with BAE Systems
• Capture and communicate business intelligence from customer operations into BAE Systems to drive growth and efficiency improvements
• Support the development of both customer and internal metrication to demonstrate value to the CLS solution and areas for improvement

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Knowledge of IF&P Activities
• Knowledge of fast jet supply chain and procurement activities
• Ability to understand maintenance and supply chain data
• Understanding of fast jet maintenance activities
• Customer/ Vendor relations
• Operating within a high pressure customer environment

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $94728 - $161038

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
