Description and Requirements
The Legendary ThinkPad brand is known and beloved Worldwide. The team who develops and brings ThinkPad notebook PCs to market across the world is looking for someone who is passionate about technology, computing, and learning about a worldwide business!
This Fall/Winter internship will offer the opportunity to work closely with WW Product Managers, WW Marketing, Operations, and more to work on key projects for the ThinkPad product portfolio. This role will shadow and learn about the Product Development process for both PC Hardware as well as Software and Applications. There will also be a strong focus on preparing to launch new products and assisting with sales enablement readiness.
This position is remote but strongly recommend someone on Eastern Standard Time Zone - being a Worldwide there are morning calls that would make it difficult to be successful if located in other time zones. The position can be full-time or part-time depending on the right candidate's availability.
To be successful at Lenovo and our team you should enjoy technology and is well versed in creating and using PowerPoint and Excel. Lenovo value self-starters who are proactive and think creatively. It would be a benefit to also be skilled at excel and are a windows pc user.
Basic Requirements:
* Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field
Preferred Requirements:
* Passionate about technology
* Self-starter and proactive
* Experience with Windows software
