Talent Acquisition Intern (Analytics/Projects) Job

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to support various recruiting activities. The successful candidate will start remotely, and will be based in downtown Amarillo, TX; Minneapolis, MN or the Denver, CO corporate office once we return to the office. This position will require working 15-20 hours/week during academic periods, with the ability to work additional hours during non-academic periods based on departmental work load.

The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with various responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Coordinating and participating in recruiting events
• Analytics and reporting
• Supporting project work

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a Human Resources, Business, Mathematics, or related degree
• Must be a Sophomore or above
• Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during academic periods
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Previous internship/work experience preferred

Preferred

• Sophomore or Junior preferred.
