About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical MBA Intern to work closely with the VP of Operations at Cameo. This role offers hands-on experience in strategic planning, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will work on high-impact projects, including process analysis, performance tracking, and strategic initiative support, while gaining exposure to leadership decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the VP of Operations to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to support strategic decisions, performance tracking, and operational initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate tasks, and ensure progress reporting to stakeholders.
- Develop presentations, visualizations, and detailed reports for leadership, summarizing insights and recommendations.
- Support cross-functional initiatives, working with operations, finance, product, and other teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to operational strategy discussions, identifying opportunities for innovation and scalability.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to support operational excellence.
What you’ll need:
- Currently pursuing an MBA from a top-tier program.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Passion for operations, strategy, and process optimization in tech or related industries.
