Poly is seeking an innovative and creative Sales Enablement and Content Strategy Intern to take on special projects for Poly. Reporting to the Sr. Global Sales Enablement Programs Manager, the chosen candidate will focus on supporting the content strategy for the combined sales org. This role works cross functionally with central marketing, sales enablement, and product marketing to support training & enablement content plans. The Sales Enablement and Content Strategy Intern will help create digital content, working closely with sales enablement and product marketing teams to create engaging videos, tutorials, playbooks, etc. Integral to this role is the ability to articulate clear positioning and value/business proposition of Poly and have a vision for how to turn this into dynamic content to enable the Poly sales teams in partnership with fellow members of the Sales Enablement team.

Day to Day:
  • Work with Stakeholders, Internal Customers, and Subject Matter Experts to understand knowledge gaps and develop project plan to address with digital content
  • Lead digital content creation planning and execution phases, producing digital content for the global sales organization
  • Participate in training presentation content creation and lead training content audits and edits
