Clario is hiring a Sales Operations Intern who will assist with the Proposal Management, Pricing, and Solutions teams with projects as needed to support the Commercial organization.

The Sales Operation Intern will provide support through independent and team projects.

Responsibilities

As an Intern with Clario's Sales Ops team, you will

• Assist with data gathering and metric reporting for Proposal Operations teams.
• Using a proposal management system and content database, prepare draft proposal documents and responses to requests for information.
• Complete budget creation as needed.
• Maintain data integrity and consistency, including product entry and file uploads to CRM tool.
• Assist with pricing tool testing as part of the development life cycle, as needed.
• Participate in departmental meetings.
• Interact with Business Development, Project Management, and Sales Associates in order to complete new project and Change Order estimates and budgets.
• Perform other duties, assignments, or special projects as needed.

Qualifications

What we seek -

• Must have strong attention to detail with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional computer skills (MS office suite minimum).
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with the ability to work as a part of a team as well as individual contributor.
• Be in prsuit of Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a closely related field is strongly preferred. However, any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered.
• Experience in fast-paced environment with an ability to work independently and cross-functionally as needed is considered a plus.
