The Marketing Intern supports a variety of content marketing activities for CQuence and its partner companies. This position will assist with marketing events and webinars, help plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns, assist with list and CRM management, create/proof/post content, and help manage social media. The Marketing Intern position is intended to enable learning, provide real-world experience and serve as the starting point into an entry level role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Assist with marketing event planning and research, promotions, sourcing speakers, responding to customer inquiries (emails and website chats), post-event reporting and more.

* Help develop and execute marketing and lead generation campaigns, analyze results and qualify customer leads.

* Monitor/update leads and campaign responses using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

* Assist with list and database management.

* Assist with social media content creation, posting and monitoring.

* Assist with content creation, editing or posting for internal intranet and external customer websites.

* Assist with monthly e-newletters for multiple target audiences.

* Assist with building automated workflows using HubSpot's inbound marketing methodologies.

* Assist with the creation of marketing/sales enablement material including PPT, collateral and advertisements.

* Must be willing to provide the following information to hospitals upon request: immunization records, drug screening, background check, and training records.

* Must remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace Policy.

Knowledge and Talents:

* General understanding of inbound marketing and SEO concepts.

* Experience utilizing e-mail or CMS tools.

* Experience using social media for business, including LinkedIn.

* Strong writing and communications skills.

* Able to work independently at handling multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.

* Ability to work under deadline pressure.

* Able to work and contribute in a team environment.

* Ability to research and interpret industry-related issues.

* Experience with Microsoft CRM, HubSpot, Mailchimp and Wordpress is a plus.

Education:

College student in process of earning an undergraduate degree in marketing, journalism, business, public relations, communications, or related field required.
