Lifeforce: Talent Intern
Good health is the foundation of good living at all ages.
At Lifeforce, our mission is to improve the quality of mid-life, and we’re doing it by enabling middle-aged Americans to perform at their best for whatever is most important to them. Whether it’s the energy to play with family, the focus to thrive at work, or the strength to train hard in the gym, we are launching a new healthcare company that gives hard-working adults the knowledge, support, and products they need to show up as their best selves for their families and their communities.
We are launching this business in close partnership with Tony Robbins, Peter Diamandis, and M13.
Our platform combines convenient biomarker testing, custom-developed nutraceuticals, safe and effective pharmaceuticals, and high-touch expert support. By delivering those elements via a fully integrated digital-first experience, we are the operating system people will use to understand and improve their physical and mental performance.
We are seeking a graduate-level intern, from a Human Resources Management M.S. program, to work directly with our founding team on Talent Strategy, Hiring, and company culture initiatives. This position represents an amazing opportunity for an ambitious team builder with an entrepreneurial streak.

- Develop and write internal communications across a variety of mediums including email, newsletters, presentations, etc.
- Lead special projects including designing and implementing new-hire onboarding and training procedures

- Have agility and collaboration, which are critical to your success - we are a new organization and have a start-up mentality.

You should get in touch if you have:
- 2-5 years previous work experience.
