Major Activities/Key Challenges:

Consults with Business Unit Customers on effective use of computer software, hardware, and technology; interact with necessary business process and systems owners to effectively understand requirements and implement appropriate systems changes and solutions. Activities involved include, but are not limited to:

• Create and maintain SharePoint
• Create and maintain SQL queries
• Create and maintain PowerBI analytics
• Development of system, business process, and data flows
• Interface design
• Solution development
• Development and implementation of systems security
• Development and execution of test plans
• Creation of user and technical documentation
• User Training
• Effectively utilize a standardized project lifecycle and management methodology to manage projects, communicate status, and deliver work to schedule and budget.
• Participates in the reactionary support and/or preventive maintenance process for the systems and/or infrastructure in assigned area(s) of responsibility.
