What You Will Be Doing

• You are expected to work independently or within a team on the EP-R projects
• Provide business consultancy and operational support to larger division as required
• Work with internal teams to gather business requirements and create detailed specifications based on which solutions will be developed
• Document Market Research to facilitate competitive analysis
• Document processes and procedures to help achieve greater efficiencies and results
• Assist internal and external customers on Testing, Ticket management and project coordination
• Provide Pre-Sales and Sales Engagement Support as required:
  • Work directly with the FIS sales organization completing projects and tasks that directly impact sales pursuits and results
  • Participate in weekly education sessions featuring various topics and leaders from across FIS
  • Learn about and support various stages of the sales process
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to current sales organization initiatives
  • Conduct research, make recommendations, and participate in projects that increase sales effectiveness
• Work with Product management group to facilitate market facing collaterals
• Work with Finance controllers during monthly forecasting, budgeting exercises
• Run liaison between internal and external clients through implementation and production go live stage of projects.
