Help Desk Intern
The Help Desk Intern will assist in the coordination, diagnosis, and troubleshoot incoming colleague service tickets and provide support to colleagues with technical problems and information technology issues involving laptops, hardware, or network services.
Origami Risk is currently recruiting for candidates interested in a 12-week, paid, in-person internship based in our Chicago Office during Summer 2023.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues seeking technical assistance.
- Determines the best solution based on the issue and details provided by colleagues.
- Walks colleagues through the problem-solving process.
- Directs unresolved issues to the next level of support.
- Records events and problems and their resolution in logs.
- Provides colleagues with status updates and information.
- Supports and maintains effective relationships with colleagues.
- Communicates with organization for system-wide issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Working on a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Information Systems or similar tech degree
- Basic knowledge of Mac & PC trouble shooting
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA) are a plus
