Overview

We are currently seeking a student pursuing a degree in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Business, or equivalent degree to work on our CSR team as an intern to begin in May and work full-time hours during the summer. Ability to extend internship into the following fall / spring semester with part-time hours preferred. The position will report to the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the processing of charitable donation/sponsorship applications.• Prepare payment collateral for grants, sponsorships, and donations. • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas for sustainability related meetings.• Edit and contribute to CSR documents and campaigns such at Responsible Gaming Education Week, and Holiday Community Giving• Assist with responsible gaming efforts including audit preparation. • Collaborate with IGT's Community Ambassadors to create engaging giving and volunteering opportunities.• Build ad hoc reports in Excel.• Assist in the transition and testing of smartsheet solutions for grantmaking.• Assist in the development of After School Advantage Labs as needed.

Skill Requirements• Proficient in Outlook,Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint• Proficient in writing and copyediting skills. • Analytical, well organized, good communication skills, strong work ethic and strong desire to learn

Under general direction from the Administrative Support staff, this role will be supporting our Technology business unit and will be a primary point of contact for arranging, reviewing and auditing all travel arrangements.

• Arrange travel for employees in the group via IGT's internal booking systems.
• Review and audit all travel expenses
• Reconcile credit card expenses
• Provide general administrative support to the business unit

Qualifications
• Must be able to work 37.5 hours per week during the summer. • Internships will only be considered if course of study and area of internship are aligned. • Must have completed at least two years of higher education study or substantial equivalent credit hours.• Currently in good academic standing with a 3.0 minimum GPA
