Job Description

Wish is seeking a passionate and creative Communication Design intern eager to innovate in the ecommerce space. Interns work collaboratively alongside other designers, copywriters, and marketers to solve challenging problems and make an impact on mobile ecommerce. Own your work and improve our outward-facing image for consumers around the world!

Job Duties: 

• Generate assets for banner ads, graphic illustrations, social media visuals, and other tasks as needed for a variety of internal teams

• Support internal stakeholders in day-to-day duties such as documentation, image cut outs, design production assignments, research, and general administrative tasks

• Help with localization and translation duties with in-house and agency translators

• Contribute to the culture of a growing team through your ideas and passion for design & marketing! 

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, or other related design discipline. This position is also open to new graduates.

• Solid portfolio demonstrating understanding in design thinking and graphic design/illustration

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Savvy and active in social media and its the latest trends

• Critical thinker with an eye for detail and highly organized

• Ability to work with ambiguity in cross-functional teams in a fast paced environment

• Ability to work independently and complete projects on or ahead of time

• Ability to take direction well and a desire to grow your skills and experience

• Motion design and animation experience a plus
