Core Responsibilities

• Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

The Product UX Intern will work closely with a creative and collaborative team of product designers to support the design and delivery of digital solutions for Comcast Business customers. This includes participating in user research and design activities, with the ultimate goal of creating delightful and usable digital user experiences. This role is remote, and day-to-day collaboration and communication will happen virtually.

Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Participates in user research and product discovery activities to understand user needs and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborates with product and design team in brainstorming and whiteboarding sessions to ideate on potential solutions.
• With support from the design team, creates wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and/or prototypes.
• Works with the team to conduct usability testing and design validation to capture feedback on design work.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
