- Minimum Qualifications
- Education/Training
- Current enrollment in College or University.
- Experience
- Previous experience within the healthcare industry is preferred.
- License/Certification/Registration
- No special certification, registration or license required.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with team, as well as an independent contributor. Initiative and follow-up skills, high attention to details, adherence to deadlines and strong problem-solving skills.

- Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively seek opportunities to continuously improve systems and processes.
- Attends Leadership and Executive team meetings and retreats.
- Completes special projects as designated by MAS Executive Team.
- Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.
- Participates in multidisciplinary quality and service improvement teams as appropriate. Participates in the division in community outreach efforts as appropriate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Responds to requests for information and assistance in timely manner.
